Neisseria gonorrhoeae which cause gonorrhoeae infection in both men and women are associated with urethral discharge and painful urination (dysuria). The ultimate objectives of these research work is to determine the susceptibility pattern of N. gononrrhoeae in the Volta region of Ghana. Samples were obtained from both males and females within the age category of 18 and 50 years.
